It's been a quiet half week since we took Allison to college. We've heard from her often via email and phone and she seems to be doing very well. Meanwhile, I felt pretty good through yesterday when I did a little yard work, with lots of help from friends from church. I didn't think I was doing that much, but I seem to be paying for it today anyway. I had to take painkillers and anti-nausea medicine today. Sunday has truly been a day of rest for me today.
